CozyPaw offers a 15 Night Warranty. If the bed is shipped with any defects, you will be eligible for a return. To initiate a return process, please contact us with your order number or using the same email you entered when ordering, and one of our 24/7 customer service representatives will get back to you within 24 hours.
RETURN SHIPMENTS POLICY
For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Full refunds for returned items will be issued once the item is returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs associated to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return beds from CozyPaw. Additionally, to ensure the beds can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage.
The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within 15 days of receiving the item(s).
We cannot issue refunds for items in transit (before the item is delivered) or for long delayed shipping times.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in your country. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
