Estimated Shipping Times
We are currently offering FREE shipping worldwide during the pandemic.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Sydney, Australia.
At CozyPaw, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–7 business days, depending on level of demand.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 3-10 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with your tracking number and a link to track it.
Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping and handling times may be longer than usual.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.
If by chance your item has not arrived within this time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. Orders depending on the destination in the world might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within the estimated shipping time.
If you refuse any shipments from CozyPaw, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility or issue refunds for packages that state to have been delivered.
We cannot be held responsible for delays to import/exports or extended shipping times due to global events.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
